No Account Required (Current): At present, you can use the extension without creating an account or logging in.
If Login is Introduced in Future: If a future version of the extension requires login, we may collect limited account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details (via our identity provider, Clerk) to enable access to your Zenious account and synchronize settings or uploads.
Local Recording: All video and audio recordings made through the extension are stored locally on your device.
No Automatic Uploads: Recordings are not automatically uploaded or transmitted to our servers. Uploading to Zenious is a separate, manual action.
When Using the Zenious Platfiorm
Uploaded Media: Video and audio files you choose to upload.
Generated Data: Transcripts, translations, and edited media created using Zenious tools.
Account Details: Name, email address, and payment information (if you create an account and purchase a plan).
Website Usage Information: When you visit our website, we use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to collect information about your visit. This may include pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and other technical information about your visit. When using the Zenious Platform
Uploaded files are stored securely on our servers and may be deleted by you at any time.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for stored files.
Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel for the purpose of providing the service.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
To operate, provide, improve, secure, analyze, and market our Services, we use trusted third-party service providers, including:
Microsoft Azure – Cloud infrastructure, media storage, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and AI services powered by Azure OpenAI.
Google Gemini – AI inference and generative AI capabilities used for content generation, analysis, and other AI-assisted features within the Zenious platform.
MongoDB Atlas – Secure storage of application data, AI workflow metadata, project information, user content, and system data.
Clerk – User authentication, identity management, and account administration.
HubSpot – Customer relationship management (CRM), website forms, marketing automation, customer communications, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Google Analytics – Website analytics, event tracking, conversion measurement, and reporting to help us understand website usage and performance.
Google Tag Manager – Deployment and management of analytics, marketing, and website tracking technologies.
